🧵 Material & Quality
What material are your products made of?
We use only high-quality natural fibers such as TENCEL™, linen, cotton, and pure silk. Each material is carefully selected and processed – for a noticeably refined feel against the skin.
What is the difference between TENCEL™ and cotton?
TENCEL™ is a botanical cellulose fiber that is exceptionally soft, breathable, and moisture-regulating. Compared to cotton, TENCEL™ feels smoother, cooler, and is often more sustainable in production.
Is your bedding suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes – all fabrics are skin-friendly, breathable, and OEKO-TEX® certified. TENCEL™, in particular, is ideal for allergy sufferers and those with sensitive skin.
🧺 Care & Washing
How do I wash your bed linens or kimonos?
Our textiles are easy to care for. A gentle wash cycle at 40 ° C. Please note the individual care instructions on the label.
Can I put the products in the dryer?
Bed linen made of TENCEL™ or linen is best left to air dry. Never tumble dry silk products—this protects the fibers and extends their lifespan.
Does the shape and color remain after washing?
Yes. Our fabrics are colorfast and retain their shape with proper care. Slight natural wrinkles in linen or TENCEL™ are typical of the material and do not indicate a quality defect.
🛏️ Sizes & Fit
What sizes do you offer?
We offer all standard sizes for duvets, pillows, and mattress toppers – including oversizes. You can find the exact measurements in the product description.
Can I order custom sizes?
We also produce custom sets upon request—ideal for special bed sizes or exclusive projects. Please feel free to contact us.
🎨 Design & Colors
Are the colors in the photos true to the original?
We photograph under natural light to ensure the colors are as realistic as possible. However, slight variations may occur depending on your screen.
Can I combine different colors?
Yes – many of our designs coordinate. This allows you to stylishly mix and match sets – for example, sand-colored pillows with floral duvet covers.
🌱 Sustainability & Origin
Where are your products manufactured?
Our textiles are manufactured in small European factories – with care, transparency, and under fair conditions. They are assembled in Austria.
What certificates do your fabrics have?
Our materials are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified. Many products are made from environmentally friendly fibers such as TENCEL™, which is made from sustainably sourced wood.
Do you work with sustainable packaging?
Yes – we do not use plastic packaging and instead use reusable boxes and fabric bags.
📦 Order & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
For in-stock items, delivery time within Germany and Austria is generally 2–4 business days. Within Europe, delivery time is approximately 5–7 days. Custom-made items take approximately 4 weeks.
How can I return products?

Is there gift wrapping?
The bed linen is always lovingly packaged in a box. Upon request, we can also gift-wrap other items. Please let us know.
