1. How much are the shipping costs?

"von der Thannen Luxury Bedding" delivers free of charge to Austria for orders of € 100 or more. Up to € 100, - € 6.90 to Austria.

Up to € 99.00 the shipping costs are € 10.50 to Germany, from € 100.00 € 15.30.

For deliveries to Switzerland we charge € 26.58 (excl. VAT) shipping fees.
We deliver free of charge for orders of € 250 or more.
Please note that we only charge the net amount (excl. VAT) plus any shipping costs invoicing.

In Switzerland, however, your purchase is subject to customs duties and value added tax!
Upon receipt of the product, customs duties, value added tax and any other charges must be paid to the shipping service provider against a separate invoice.

Deliveries to Switzerland are duty-free up to a total amount of CHF 62.50.
The total amount is always calculated from the value of the goods and shipping costs.
(Even if we do not have shipping costs for a goods value of € 250 or more incurred, the Swiss Post will still charge a flat rate of CHF 17.00 for shipping costs, as services such as are subject to customs and value added tax.)

If the total amount exceeds CHF 62.50, a customs clearance fee is due, which is calculated from a flat rate of CHF 12.00 + 3% of the total amount (value of goods + shipping costs).
The maximum amount for customs clearance is 70, - CHF.

The Swiss VAT of 8% is applied to the total amount of the value of the goods, shipping costs and customs duty and is due for imports into Switzerland.
We recommend that you to find out about the import regulations and costs to avoid unpleasant surprises.

Shipments to the rest of the EU are charged differently. You will find detailed information in your shopping cart. There you can select the shipping country and calculate the shipping costs.

"von der Thannen Luxury Bedding" reserves the right to charge € 15 for the costs incurred for packages that have not been picked up

We deliver to the following countries:
Austria, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, France, Finland and Northern Ireland.

What should I do if my delivery address changes?

Simply change your address under "My Account" and save the address again.

Is there a way to order free of charge?

All orders with a shopping cart value of € 100 or more are delivered free of charge within Austria.

Is there express delivery?

Express shipping is currently not possible. However, we will continue to expand our service in your interest.

What if I'm not home?

If you are generally difficult to reach at home, we offer you the option of having the order delivered to a different delivery address (e.g. to your place of work) in advance.

If the parcel could not be delivered on the first delivery attempt, another delivery attempt will be made or you will receive a notification that your parcel has been deposited at the nearest post office.

How long does delivery take?

If the articles are in stock, the delivery time for Austria and Germany is usually 2 - 3 working days.
